The Bound of Bund is located between the Bund's classical commercial buildings and the main arena of Expo 2010. At present, the Shanghai Bund is experiencing unprecedented upgrading in both appearance and functions. The famous Waibaidu Bridge has been repaired and back to use again. The Bund underground passage, whose south entrance is adjacent to the Bound of Bund, will be opened by the end of October. The ninth Peninsula Hotel in the world was opened on October 18th near the Bund, only 2 kms from the Bound of Bund. Besides that, an international yacht pier nearby will also be put into operation before Expo 2010. The Bound of Bund is a neo-classical style building constructed with stone facades, it is a typical continuation of the centennial architectural spirit of the Bund. With a gross area of about 100,000 square meters, it is mainly consists of serviced apartments under the management of Frasers from Singapore. This project will give a better demonstration of China Resources Land’s brand concept: "high quality makes better cities".
