Responsibilities:
- To assist the Marketing Manager and CEO;
- Customer maintenance and customer resources management (most of our customers are
senior administrative staff from foreign-owned companies in Shanghai);
- To assist in formulation or amendment of formal sales or leasing contracts as well as their
attached contents;
- To assist the sales team, including: preparing furniture lists and property visiting schedules,
making appointments, updating data and information, and implementing project's marketing strategies;
- To handle and resolve customer’s complaints or suggestions;
- To assist managers implementing marketing promotion plans;
- To make cold calls, mail shots and other marketing promotion jobs under the leadership of
the marketing manager or CEO;
- To carry out dynamic research and analysis work on projects in accordance with sales status
and up-to-date information in the real estate market.
Job Requirements & Treatment:
- Sincere, responsible, hard-working, prudent, with self-confidence and an international
perspective, able to work under pressure;
- With leading talents and teamwork spirit, good expression and communication skills, with a
good sense of customer service and active working attitude;
- Above 22 years old, bachelor degree or above, priority given to people who have sales or
market-related working experience, overseas education experience and Shanghai permanent residents;
- Good welfare benefits and high wages, with the opportunity for promoting to an marketing
executive in another city or province within two years; with monthly basic salary of RMB 2,500 at least as well as commissions; average monthly income ranging from RMB 2,500 to
RMB 10,000 (depending on working performance);
- Good written and spoken English, priority given to people who have CET 6 or above, or who
have achieved more than 600 scores in TOEFL or more than 6.5 scores in IELTS.
- English Major or Marketing Major preferred.
